Holly Springs

Holly Springs back yards are generous and mostly wooded at the edges, which makes them good candidates for the kind of outdoor build that is worth doing properly: a real patio, a seat wall that defines it, and a fire feature that gets used from September through April.

We build fire pits firebrick-lined and drained, and pizza ovens the way they are supposed to be built — poured footing, insulated hearth, firebrick dome and a flue sized so the smoke goes up the chimney instead of across the table. An oven built on a cheap slab with no insulation never holds heat, and there is no fixing it afterwards.

We will lay the whole footprint out on the ground with paint so you can stand in it, move the chairs around, and change your mind before anybody digs.
